Limiting frictional is the maximum value of static frictional force(maximum value of force just as the object starts to slide) while dynamic frictional force(kinetic frictional force) is the friction force between two surfaces that are sliding over each other.

Limiting friction is that maximum friction force that opposes the motion of an object.
Dynamic friction is the friction force that acts between two sliding bodies in motion
