Because the time of travel of the sound to and from the walls is not measurable. hence the echoe can no be realised
It depends whether the class is empty or with learners or objects. When the class is empty, echoes maybe experienced (sometimes reverberation). However if the class is full, mist of the sound is “absorbe” hence no echoes.
