    So you need to measure the mass of the solid
    Use displacement method to measure it’s volume i.e. put some water in a measuring cylinder . Note the volume of the water say V1, gently lower the irregular solid into the water and note the new volume reached as V2.
    Then the volume of the solid will be V2-V1. In this, we assume that the solid will fit into the measuring cylinder.

    So density of solid will be
    Mass/[V2-V1]
