    Convection cannot transfer heat because the convection currents move/circulate above the bulb.Conduction cannotapply her because air is a very poor conductor of heat. Since radiation does not require a material medium,it is therefore the only mode to transfer heat below the bulb source

    With d.c.cotinuos flow of current,there is no magnetic flux change.so no induced current in the secondary coil.
